Senior Surveyor Job in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

A leading construction company is seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor to join its project team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in construction surveying, AutoCAD, and site supervision, with the ability to lead survey teams and ensure accurate project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Set out survey points accurately using AutoCAD drawings.

Prepare and submit all required survey documents to the Main Contractor and Consultant.

Set out and supervise trench excavation works of various depths.

Ensure excavation, pipe installation, and concrete encasement are completed according to the approved levels.

Lead and supervise surveyors assigned to excavation equipment.

Prepare daily survey reports and coordinate with the Main Contractor, Consultant, and site engineers.

Perform both field and office surveying tasks (approximately 70% field work and 30% office work).

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant surveying experience.

Proficiency in Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level, and other surveying instruments.

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and survey data processing.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work efficiently in both field and office environments.

Salary

SAR 5,000 (Full Package)
