Requirements
Proven experience as a Civil Foreman in construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, site supervision, and quality standards.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications.
Experience managing site labour, subcontractors, and daily construction activities.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities on site.
Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of site workers.
Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project management.
