1. Resident Engineer – 20+ Years (Civil Engineering)
2. Construction Manager – 18+ Years (Civil/Structural Engineering)
3. Senior Planning Engineer – 15+ Years (Civil Engineering)
4. Senior Quantity Surveyor – 15+ Years (Civil Engineering)
5. Senior Architect – 15+ Years
6. Senior Electrical Engineer – 15+ Years
7. Senior Mechanical Engineer – 15+ Years
8. Senior BIM Engineer – 12+ Years
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in the relevant engineering or architectural discipline.
Relevant experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC (as applicable).
Proven experience in high-rise building project supervision.
Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration where applicable.
Strong knowledge of engineering codes, industry standards, and the complete project lifecycle.
Excellent English communication skills; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
