Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
15–20 years of hands-on experience in architectural design and technical coordination.
Proven experience managing large-scale or mega construction projects.
Strong expertise in design development, technical reviews, design coordination, and regulatory approvals.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with multinational firms or international projects is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee architectural design and technical coordination throughout all project phases.
Review and approve design submissions, drawings, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design quality and compliance.
Ensure all project deliverables meet specifications, international standards, and local regulations.
