Landscape Irrigation Inspector Job in KEO International Consultants in Riyadh Saudi Arabia

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Landscape Irrigation Inspector to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing landscape and irrigation works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to major infrastructure and landscaping projects while working with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site inspections for landscape and irrigation works in accordance with approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
  • Review and respond to contractor Inspection Requests (IRs) in a timely manner.
  • Verify shop drawings and technical submissions against contract requirements, project specifications, local regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Identify and report any non-compliant work and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
  • Monitor the quality and progress of landscape, irrigation, horticultural, and related construction activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, including reports, documentation, and progress photographs.
  • Prepare surveillance reports and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when deficiencies or deviations are identified.
  • Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth project execution and avoid conflicts between trades.
  • Provide technical support and recommendations to resolve landscape and irrigation-related issues on site.
  • Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Landscaping, Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in landscape and irrigation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, landscaping practices, horticulture, and agricultural applications.
  • Experience in quality inspection, construction supervision, and site coordination.
  • Familiarity with local regulations, international standards, and construction best practices.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
  • Experience working on large-scale infrastructure, landscaping, or development projects.
