Job Overview

As a Cabin Crew member, you will represent Air Arabia by delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring the highest standards of passenger safety and comfort throughout every flight. The role requires professionalism, teamwork, and full compliance with company policies and aviation regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Flight Preparation

Report for duty on time while meeting grooming, fitness, and legal requirements.

Attend pre-flight briefings to review flight information, crew responsibilities, safety procedures, and operational updates.

Safety & Security

Demonstrate and explain onboard safety procedures to passengers.

Monitor the cabin for any safety or security concerns and report issues to the Cabin Supervisor.

Provide first aid whenever required.

Inform the Cabin Supervisor or flight deck immediately about any onboard incidents or technical irregularities.

Passenger Service

Welcome passengers and assist with the boarding process.

Deliver professional and friendly customer service throughout the journey.

Support passengers with special requests or those requiring additional assistance.

Promote onboard meals, duty-free products, and charity initiatives to help achieve sales objectives.

Handle cash and card transactions accurately and securely.

Cabin Operations

Complete pre-flight inspections of emergency equipment, catering supplies, and cabin inventory.

Report shortages or equipment issues before departure.

Assist in ensuring the aircraft is cleaned, restocked, and prepared for the next flight.

Coordinate effectively with catering, cleaning, and maintenance teams during aircraft turnaround.

Reporting & Compliance

Participate in post-flight debriefings and complete all required reports.

Evaluate and report operational issues when necessary.

Perform Cabin Supervisor duties when assigned by the Captain.

Attend mandatory recurrent training and maintain all required certifications.

Support team objectives and contribute to achieving onboard sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

Age:

20–29 years for applicants without cabin crew experience.

Up to 33 years for experienced cabin crew members.

Minimum height:

160 cm for females.

170 cm for males.

Weight should be proportionate to height and age.

No visible tattoos, scars, or marks while wearing the cabin crew uniform.

Physically and medically fit for cabin crew duties.

Must be able to swim using a flotation aid.

Qualifications

High School Certificate or Diploma (a qualification in Travel or Tourism is an advantage).

First Aid, Safety, or Emergency Procedures training is preferred.

Good overall health with no serious medical conditions.

Professional appearance with a positive and friendly attitude.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.

Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Fluent in English; additional language skills are considered an advantage.

Experience

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Previous experience in aviation, hospitality, or customer service is beneficial.

A valid Cabin Crew License is an added advantage.

Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and extended hours.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing schedules.
