Experience & Skills
• Lead and coordinate BIM processes across multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with BIM standards and client requirements.
• Manage model federation, clash detection, and reporting using BIM collaboration platforms (e.g., BIM 360, ACC).
• Oversee model quality control, audits, and adherence to company BIM standards.
• Implement and enforce project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and workflows.
• Support digital handover and asset data integration for Facility Management (FM) or GIS systems.
• Work with BIM-authoring software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D) to review and coordinate models.
• Provide training and mentoring to BIM modelers and coordinators.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve design clashes and track BIM deliverables.
• Ensure timely submission of federated models, COBie data, and 4D/5D outputs (if required).
• Prepare coordination reports, clash detection logs, and dashboards to monitor BIM progress.
Qualifications
• Strong experience with BIM coordination and related software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
• Knowledge of BIM standards, including ISO 19650.
• Experience in managing BIM models, clash detection, and compliance reporting.
• Ability to support digital handover and integration for FM/GIS systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven experience in mentoring and guiding BIM teams.
