Experience & Skills
• Support the development of national employees and promote Saudization goals.
• Lead the team in accordance with project plans, budgets, and quality standards.
• Supervise the accuracy of technical designs and drawings.
• Ensure site workers maintain productivity and quality of work.
• Provide technical advice and problem-solving on-site.
• Liaise with quantity surveyors for material ordering and pricing.
• Organize site operations, manage equipment, and oversee construction work.
• Execute variation orders from design or client instructions.
• Coordinate with site consultants and engineers for approvals.
• Monitor labor availability and calculate daily productivity.
• Work with suppliers and subcontractors to establish project plans.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed on-site.
• Assist Sr. Site Engineer with daily site reports and documentation.
• Review approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
Qualifications
• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction sites.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of construction management, QA/QC, and risk management.
• Experience in business advisory and project management.
