Experience & Skills
• Lead and support the team with a focus on integrity, accountability, and safety.
• Foster the development of national employees to meet Saudization and performance goals.
• Ensure adherence to the company’s Code of Ethics and promote a strong, ethical work culture.
• Support the adoption and effective use of ERP and systems.
• Track and manage team KPIs to ensure performance objectives are met.
• Monitor quality of work, productivity, and safety within the plant.
• Conduct employee safety training and prevent unsafe working conditions.
• Manage inventory of tools and equipment, ensuring timely maintenance and replacements.
• Schedule and prioritize work activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for all plant activities and maintenance.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a plant or similar operation.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong understanding of mechanical principles and processes.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of PMV plant and electrical safety standards (NEBOSH or OSHA certification preferred).
