Experience & Skills
• Lead the design, construction, and commissioning of gas well tie-in projects and associated facilities, including pipelines, flowlines, remote headers, transmission lines, and water disposal wells.
• Manage project scope from planning through execution and post-completion analysis.
• Coordinate technical and financial document reviews, cost estimates, and schedule planning.
• Oversee material procurement, including long-lead and supplied materials.
• Monitor construction activities, conduct site visits, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards.
• Approve contract payments, variations, and monitor project start-up and spare parts requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including drawings, specifications, logs, correspondence, and closeout reports.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 9 years’ experience in design engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning within the gas or oil industry.
• Engineering license preferred.
• Strong knowledge of engineering practices, economic principles, calculation methods, design details, and relevant codes and standards.
• Familiarity with EPC systems and project management tools (e.g., Primavera).
