In my current role as a Desktop Support Specialist (L-1) at FedEx in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, I have gained hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. My responsibilities include assisting with software installations, updates, and patch management, documenting issues and resolutions in ticketing systems like PDSM, and providing remote user support using various collaboration tools.
