Experience & Skills
• Price bid items accurately, including construction materials and services.
• Review and validate supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing for proposals.
• Conduct research to estimate materials, labor, and time costs for projects.
• Prepare and analyze project costs for tenders, focusing on labor, materials, and machinery.
• Maintain the estimation database, ensuring all tender prices are recorded.
• Support the Senior Estimator in all tendering-related tasks.
• Coordinate with internal functions (Procurement, Contracts, etc.) to ensure smooth proposal preparation.
• Manage relationships with external service providers involved in the proposal process.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Open to Saudi Nationals only.
• 3 years of experience in tendering in a comparable-sized operation.
• Middle East experience is highly preferred.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and arabic is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
