Experience & Skills
• Lead and manage the preparation, coordination, and submission of bid proposals within defined timelines.
• Support pre-qualification activities by providing required technical and commercial inputs.
• Review tender documents, distribute tasks, and coordinate inputs from relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in risk identification and assessment, consolidating inputs into final proposals.
• Present proposals to internal approval bodies when required.
• Support commercial and technical negotiations with clients and partners.
• Contribute to the development and performance of national employees through knowledge sharing and mentorship.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards, corporate governance requirements, and internal policies.
• Support the implementation and use of ERP and related systems where applicable.
• Apply advanced estimating, bidding, and data analysis techniques to support decision-making.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of diversified experience, including site exposure and extensive experience in senior estimating roles.
• Mandatory experience using CCS Candy estimating software.
• Strong communication skills with solid cost awareness, technical knowledge, and risk assessment capability.
• High level of organization, systematic thinking, and computer literacy.
• Advanced knowledge of quality management, project management, estimating, bidding, and data analysis.
