 Experience & Skills

• Lead and manage electrical/MEP teams in line with ethical standards, safety requirements, and approved procedures.
• Assign, monitor, and coordinate work activities to ensure productivity and quality targets are achieved.
• Track site productivity and prepare performance reports for management review.
• Monitor and control project-related costs to align with approved budgets and forecasts.
• Manage electrical procurement activities for contracts and subcontracts in coordination with procurement teams.
• Conduct team briefings to ensure clear understanding of project scope, responsibilities, and execution plans.
• Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are implemented and maintained on site.
• Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and clients to support project delivery and resolve interface issues.
• Review and assess electrical technical submittals and shop drawings prior to submission.
• Support project management in subcontract preparation and recruitment of electrical personnel.
• Plan and report manpower and material movements related to construction activities.
• Maintain accurate data, records, and reports related to project execution.

 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of MEP experience in the Middle East, preferably within Saudi Arabia, in an engineering role supervising technical teams.
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Experience in project administration, scheduling, productivity analysis, cost control, and material procurement.
• Sound knowledge of construction site safety practices; NEBOSH or OSHA certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective team player with strong collaboration and communication abilities.
• Solid understanding of construction management methods and standards.
