Experience & Skills
• Develop and implement testing and commissioning plans for engineering projects
• Conduct inspections and performance tests on electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
• Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports, highlighting issues and improvement areas
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to resolve technical challenges
• Ensure systems comply with local and international engineering standards and regulations
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical input on testing and commissioning activities
• Develop and maintain testing and commissioning documentation
• Train and mentor junior engineers in testing and commissioning methodologies
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in testing and commissioning of engineering systems
• Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
• Relevant certifications in testing and commissioning
• Strong proficiency in testing and commissioning procedures for multiple systems
• In-depth knowledge of engineering standards and regulations, including Saudi Arabian requirements
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as AutoCAD and MATLAB
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required
