Experience & Skills

Proven post-graduate experience in pre- and post-contract quantity surveying
Minimum 5 years’ experience within a consultancy environment
At least 5 years’ professional experience working in the GCC
Strong knowledge of cost planning, estimating, and post-contract cost management
Experience delivering large-scale (giga) projects, including hospitality, mixed-use, rail, and infrastructure
Practical understanding of procurement methods, tendering processes, and contract strategies
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to analyze complex information and work effectively as part of a team

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
MRICS or equivalent professional chartership
Arabic language skills are an advantage
